Terms and condition of hire.

all equipment remains the property of top notch marquees. final quotations are submitted subsequent to a site visit to confirm areas suitability, unless otherwise arranged. it is the hirer's responsibility to clearly mark any underground cables or pipes that may be damaged during errectng. any permission required with regard to site will be obtained by the hirer prior to errecting. please note that marquees are temporary structures and are therefore not guaranteed to safeguard against all weather conditions. whilst every effort will be made to satisfy confirmed orders, top notch marquees accept no liability for non fulfilment of orders, if it is prevented from doing so by reasons of extreme weather conditions, fire, theft , flood, labour or political disturbance, equipment or mechanical breakdown. we would like to draw your attention to the fact that although all equipment is insured you are responsible for the behaviour of your guestS and outside contractors, should damage occur due to their conduct you will be responsible fro any subsequent cost incurred. topNOtCH marqueeS accept no liability for any personal property the hirer leaves in the marquee. please ensure your guests are aware of structural fixings in relations to your marquee (i.e. stakes, guy ropes etc.) top notch marquees accepts no liability for damage or injuries caused through carelessness or intoxication. marquee and all equipment must be left clear of debris prior to our team arriving to dismantle, unsatisfactory clear up may incur extra costs. a deposit of 25% of the hire charge is required to secure your booking, with the outstanding balance payable at least 10 days prior to erecting. we have the right to refuse delivery of your equipment if settlement is not within the time scale. changes by the hirer to your equipment order subsequent to confirmed orders are available at the discretions of top notch marquees (stock availability etc.). deposits cover admin costs and are usually non refundable. cancelled orders- more than 14 days prior to function ~ 25% of order value within 14 days of function ~ 50% of the order value within 7 days of function ~ 100% of order value
